Richard Slaughter
Richard Slaughter is Director of the Boise Committee and a founder of ACFR. He has consulted nationally and internationally on fiscal and economic matters since 1984, and currently works with the University of Washington, publishing on economic and political development and on adaptation to climate change. He previously served as Chief Economist for the State of Idaho and Director of the Martin Institute at the University of Idaho. He serves on the boards of the Martin Institute, the Frank Church Institute at Boise State University, and ACFR, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
